By registering with us, you are providing your consent and agreement to these Terms and Conditions, and it is your responsibility to read these. Terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of MusicExplained and cannot accept any liability for any errors or omissions.
This website may also at any time and without notice be removed or suspended partially or completely. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel without notice any user profile not complying with these Terms and Conditions.
Ownership, content and services provided by this website, including graphics, code, text, design, software are all owned or licenced. Third party content such as videos, lyrics graphics are copyrighted by their respective owners. All lyrics submitted by users of MusicExplained are interpretations and in no way or form accurate and legal representations. We do not claim any intellectual property to any lyrics, videos, musical works, and other materials. MusicExplained just offers a place to debate and share content for discovery purposes.
No materials from the website may be reproduced, modified, copied, re-published, broadcasted or distributed in any without prior permission from us. Any use outside of permission is strictly prohibited and will infringe the copyright and intellectual property of MusicExplained. Please be aware that use of MusicExplained is for personal use only and not for any commercial purposes.
